Automatic email notifications:- As chris promised last night Mark has delivered this morning. Thank you very much. I do have a request. I have ticked profile change notification. I would like an email if that is unticked, or if bank withdrawal is unticked and if I change my email address I would like the notification to go to my old and new email address. An email if any notification settings are changed would be fine.

Rather than start a new thread, is there a problem with the AC website?
I’m able to log in (using Firefox) but the following tabs don’t work when I click on them, Loan Book, Report and Help. When I try to log off by clicking on the name tab nothing happens therefore I have to close the browser and on returning to the site I can then log off (in other words, I’m still logged in)

Loan book -> Browse Loans is fine.

Thanks for the info folks but I have just checked again and, whilst I’m no computer expert, I can only conclude that the problem is with the site as the dashboard and manage funds tabs work fine whilst those I listed above are dead, this applies to 3 different accounts using 2 different computers. Can someone check this please chris?

Mmm. Works fine with IE but same problem with Chrome. Are the IT boffins messing about with something chris?

Thanks for the response chris. To back up my question about the IT team, this has only arisen this morning, there was no problem at 00:30 hours today.

I cannot find an account menu, nor a notifications section. Where, exactly, are they?

I cannot find an account menu, nor a notifications section. Where, exactly, are they? To the left of the hamburger icon, there is a section with your name and account number and a tiny drop down arrow to indicate that there is a menu there.

For anyone who can't find the new Customise 'button' - it's just a word, at the right hand side of the screen opposite the Assetz Investment Accounts title, just below the purple Cash Account section. And a fantastic addition it is too. Thanks AC.

Many thanks, @come_on_Grandad Now why does this not appear as a link in blue??? You need to hover your cursor over grandad's blue name to find his @ ID which is @szmq40 without the q Or if you use the 'Insert User Link' button (top of posting window with the other link types etc), as you start typing the user's displayed name it brings up matching options and you just click on the user you want and the system takes care of putting in whatever id they really are.
