Are these really deals or cash drag? I had at least two this year.  Apart from these, I am happy with my investment with Kuflink. The referral bonus is pretty good. |

how long before these three loans,same borrower deals are aborted.the latest offering new mon*k st.does not do much for the appetite either second charge loan for business and investment purposes.what sort of pitch is that.in fact the loan information on many loans needs to be upped a bit.i don't think our client wantsX amount really cuts it. ok so really all we are doing is lending on a RICs valuation and kuflinks DD.there are quite a few loans now having to be either extended or in recovery mode my investment has stopped until these are dealt with. no more the fool with this p2p carry on.

I found the latest offerings from Kuflink have become more risky with LTV's around 70%,and second charge on one. Until the low LTV loans come back I'm out as well
