My investment is currently diversified across 44 different loans.
However 81% of my cash is in 6 of these, and 44% is in just 2 (and one of these is in arrears).
Is this normal? With the depleting PF I'm nervous.

Don't worry, that's completely normal for new investor. Lending Works Diversification is similar to RS. What really matters is Lending Works has the ability to adjust the rate and keep provision fund healthy. Instead of seeing 1% default in your portfolio, now we are about to see 1.1% rate cut in growth product.

The disadvantage is you cannot quick-sell the loans in arrears so you have significantly reduced liquidity.

My sale from Friday is still pending. So it would seem. My other half and are currently rather over exposed to LW so I decide to pull my investment out, but like you, nothing has happened so maybe a lot of people are running away.

With the depleting PF I'm nervous. I got my first loans matched today, three are late. One is 20% of the capital and has 7 missed payments. They have paid back £2k of a £15k loan. Not concerned (yet) as the shield is paying out All 32 matches were from quick withdrawals.
