Has anyone had any luck with the bonus through a Quidco signup? I've had £50 pending since April which still says Tracked - waiting for a decision from the retailer. Care to comment Loanpad? |

Mine was tracked but eventually changed to "declined" for some reason (via TopCashback) and I don't seem to have received any opening bonus operating at the time either. All a bit opaque.

I'm in exactly the same boat, the transaction has tracked and is waiting to be confirmed. To quote the status on Quidco .... "Sorry for the delay. We are still waiting on the retailer to process your cashback" If I have a pet hate, it's not being paid promised bonuses and having to chase at all ends to resolve it, even worse when each party blames the other!!!!

We are sorry for any inconvenience here we do appreciate it can be frustrating having to chase small cashback amounts. We’re not seeking to blame any other party. To explain, there is an aggregator platform that sits between LP and the various cashback/affiliate sites and there does appear to have been some teething issues. This relates to some May/June sign ups shortly after the promotion commenced. We will of course ensure that all cashback gets paid. Please do contact us if you’d like us to check your account.

To give Loanpad their dues, I contacted their customer services regarding the Quidco payment which was in pending limbo.
They looked into it and a couple of days later credited my account with a matching amount as there had been an issue with the tracking.
Kudos for a shift resolution!
