Anyone else have a lack of confidence in Huddle's payments management?
In the time I've been dealing with them I:
1) Often have to remind them to pay me my withdrawal amount 2) Was overpaid by over £1000 once and they hadn't picked it up. They only realised when I called them. 3) Was paid twice once
This leads me to wonder if they're FCA authorised as surely such shoddy admin (reflective of no proper system in place) should be allowed?
The are not FCA authorised themselves they are an appointed representative of Rebs. Rebs should be keeping an eye on them but there seems to quite a lot of issues operationally.
