Well at least they are taking it 'on the chin' and the result for lenders will undoubtedly be more positive financially than those vultures administrators running into the ground the COL/FS/LY situation and making sure their own fees are covered.
I wish the directors/owners of FS and LY had been as honourable rather than simply padding out their wallets, doing a runner and leaving lenders/investors hanging out to dry. I hope the various action groups all the very best with their efforts but as far as I'm concerned, any returns will be pennies in the pound - when they eventually materialise and who knows when that will be.
