Okay so today being 1st of a new year I was tidying things up and doing annual statements correlations etc. To cut a long story short I keep track of incoming and outgoing funds so I was checking my statements data tables and in particular my comments for funding items and noticed I had not completed our ISA transfer in funding items.
I can see I have recorded the incoming amounts in my monthly statements copies but I was checking in the raw statements data files for both our accounts to get exact dates and I cannot find any direct reference to the actual incoming ISA funds. In the case of funding from a bank one gets a record of the incoming funding items but I cannot find any entry for the funding coming in from an ISA in any of the statements csv tables.
I checked back to see if Zopa had missed it off original statements csv's and has added it since I took copies of them to no avail nothing new in the relevant statements CSV's.
So I guess before I go to Zopa and let them flounder around for a while I wondered if anyone else looks at the statement data at CSV level and has transferred in an ISA and cannot see their funds coming in either.
My big gripe here is that Zopa deems these statements in a similar vein to bank statements so should they not hold all incomings and outgoings.
Any thoughts!
