Although I have left P2P I have been making a few hundred a year with the various offers that P2P platforms offer new lender (I made about £500 + interest in the last year for a couple of hours work). Is there anywhere I can find a resource where I see which platforms are currently offering signing on bonuses?

HSBC PAID £175 before I even got bank card.
Utilities £25-£100 per person. Get a few mates together and switch every 6 months 10 of you could make a grand each every 6 months.
Check out share holders perks and credit card and bank cashback on purchases. Virgin Money gives access to Virgin lounges in big towns and airports plus 100's of cashback deals in shops.

Thanks there is some serious money to be made taking advantage of these promotions. I bet there are some people who make a living doing it, especially if they are part of a group doing it.

Thanks there is some serious money to be made taking advantage of these promotions. I bet there are some people who make a living doing it, especially if they are part of a group doing it. There certainly is lots of group activity that can make money especially where buying or selling is involved. Slightly on the “scale of the old music sharing groups. If say a Couple flats or a semi and are friendly with neighbours sharing WIFI can save a fortune. You can’t pay direct to WiFi payer but use their quest account.I’m sure there could be other benefits they can share with you. WiFi extenders make this easy and 200mb service would see minimal impact. Lots of “freebies “ rely on email address only to quality and not address. A domain can be bought for £2.50 a year with unlimited email address. Amazon prime free for a month is one. Unless things are done on a massive scale they are rarely stopped. Hoover flight debacle was a famous error. Check out couponing websites and get your pals to set up a saving group and you can officially get wholesale goods or buy bulk. How cheaply you can live is amazing. Example local supermarket had 100’s of eggs near sell by date for 8p for six free range. Buy a £1 bottle of mineral oil and coat eggs and they will last up to a year and be perfect just use water freshness test before use. Once you start it is a great hobby. A few hours on a PC and a few with friends perhaps in the pub planning strategies for some of the big money schemes can make thousands. Enjoy the game don’t just be a bystander

The obvious one is to rejoin p2p from the other side. Borrow a substantial amount of money from P2P lenders and don't pay it back, easy money.

I dont know if I will go to the extreme of coating eggs in Mineral Oil, but there are certainly alot of economic opportunities people simply overlook. The truth is the vast majority of people just dont think about taking advantage of promotions

TSB have a £100 (each) bonus for a referral for switching to them at the moment if you're interested. In addition, their current account pays 3% on £1500, and they have a 2% monthly saver. They seem to have resolved most of the issues since their systems implosion a while back. And hey, if it happens again, there's another £100 on the table for compensation!

I was paid once by a major high street bank after finding a massive security flaw with their IT system that allowed people to withdraw money from their accounts without any verification. They basically paid for finding the flaw, and I sort of told them I wouldnt mention it to anyone I think they were worried that it would end up in the papers making them look bad, or it would fall into the hands of bad actors before they had a chance to fix it.
