Companies house 9th Jan - Provisional liquidator appointed, that's a little more than a winding up petition ( Well IMHO)
A quick dig on companies house shows quite large amounts of money owed by 2 others ( With a single director, the same one as this company) yet no sign of this in the accounts for those companies.
