I noticed that there was a gap in my Mexican peso transactions in the account statement. I have a part of my portfolio in high yielding MXN loans and normally I have many incoming transactions every day from my over 200 loans in MXN from Moneyman/ IDfinance Mexico.
However, I noticed that the latest transactions in the account statement were from Jan 17th, ie no transactions for one week, which could not be normal situation, there could not be a gap of one week!
I sent a mail to mintos support this morning, and so far no replies. But now this evening I just noticed that few thousand pesos suddenly appeared in my account, and transactions are now visible (retrospectively) in the account statement also for the past week!
Anyone else noticed the same? My view is that this does not look good or reliable way of managing investor's accounts! Account statement not correctly shown and incoming transactions not available in the account till one week later!
Now I also noticed that the long standing message in the front page about issues with account statement is now gone, so hopefully they have finally fixed this!
Due to such issues with the platform, and also with the recent issues with some loan originators, my confidence is now somewhat reduced. Also I hate to click so many traffic lights and palm trees on recaptcha every time (especially when using mobile device) when I want to check my balance or manually reinvest.
I had quite substantial part of my investment in Mintos, but due to the above, at least for the time being, will continue to reduce my position in Mintos.
Anyway, it has been good and profitable ride for the past over 4 years!
