Santander and recommendation to check for FCA Regulation

narrowing it to retail.santander has very few results. 

Try it logged in and not logged in.

a trawl might pay off. You could try looking at the cached page of each but it depends on how long ago you saw it and whether they wished to change. It might be a warning that shows only when you try to make a payment?
 

if you can remember more of an exact phrase, or use words that you would want to find in such a statement like "protected" and "FCA" then maybe.

Just in case anyone else interested take note that google search boolean is no longer boolean (in fact it's algorithm is rubbish), and one has to put quotation marks around single words as if they were a phrase just to have the word that you specifically typed not ignored by the algorithm because they want to push other rubbish at one. In the past a simple + before any single mandatory word sufficed. One day they'll take the functionality away for the -/minus sign and a new search engine can then have the opportunity to take over the world.

You're not thinking of the 'Initial Disclosure Document – Investments' document, maybe?
