I'd say unfair for one, unfair for all,,I dare say a great number of people didn't have a clue what they've got involved with, and didn't even read the t&C's, they just got the reasurance of knowing the FCA said all was fine by giving them full approval.,lendy did state that the FCA gave them a VG top to toe check.

We have committed money to the LAG fund raise but what are lender's views with regards to those who did NOT challenge the new T&C's issued by Lendy in March 2018? Is the challenge going to be along the lines that those who did not agree to them and / or challenged them should not be subject to those Terms OR is the challenge on the basis that the T&C's were actually unfair and therefore should not be allowed? Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere (either on this forum or on the LAG forum - which we are also signed up to) but it would be helpful if we could have dome clarity on this please? No matter what your position once things are legally clarified the outcome is likely to be applied to everyone regardless of whither they demonstrated a particular view at the time or not unless specific choice was a legal requirement.

Just after 7pm on Monday.
11 days to go, £67,000 pledged of the £75,000 stretched target, from 1,312 pledges.
Now at 89.33% of the way, to the TARGET.
A further £8,000 needed to reach the GOAL.
This equates to requiring approximately, an average donation rate of £727.27 per day, over the next 11 days, to get to the £75,000 OBJECTIVE.

The t&cs are to a considerable extent irrelevant. RSM are not applying them when it comes to distribution of funds. The more pertinent issue is the loan contracts and specifically that lenders weren't able to see them

Someone called Paul at Chesworth Capital donated £1500 to the fund. Does anyone know the relationship of them to Lendy investors? Has circa £3.8 million in Lendy IIRC

Only 25%, someones being optimistic. Maybe that's why they only donated 0.04% instead of the 1% some of the poorer investors have donated.

Just after 7pm on Wednesday.
9 days to go, £68,065 pledged of the £75,000 stretched target, from 1,340 pledges.
Now at 90.75% of the way, to the TARGET.
A further £6,935 needed to reach the GOAL.
This equates to requiring approximately, an average donation rate of £770.56 per day, over the next 9 days, to get to the £75,000 OBJECTIVE.
Personal message left for me, on the Crowd Justice website!
“Fleur pledged £15 Match Fleur's pledge of £15 Ok Supernumery... you persuaded me. this is third pledge.... Only another 7 k to go...”
WELL DONE!
NOW only £6,935 to go…

What happens when we get to £75k, where did this figure come from. Was it a figure given by the Lawyers? Should we continue funding to a £100k target?

Just trebled ,but it hurts. ...BUT it will hurt a certain Liar(sic) 'morally' Broke(sic) & Co MUCH, MUCH more if we COLLECTIVELY win this. THIRD three figure pledge made by me this morning, with the same amount I gave with my first pledge and my second pledge... As Travolta quite rightly says, 'it hurts'... ...BUT it will hurt a certain Liar(sic) 'morally' Broke(sic) & Co MUCH, MUCH more if we COLLECTIVELY win this.
