supernumerary Give it a rest. Adding another couple of £k to reach the nominal £75k target isn't going to change anything much, and your repetitive badgering could end up being counterproductive. The real question is whether there'll be lender support for the next £75k, if/when the lawyers have blown through the first lot. That will depend on substantive feedback on legal opinion, court progress and prospects for ultimate success.

If substantial progress is to be made, I'm pretty sure it will require further funds. And that raise will need to be based on progress to date, clear sight of next step, and prospects. It will also likely need people who have not contributed first time round to do so, and for others to stump up more.
