Not. Just misleading headline rates and a completely irrelevant “thought piece”. If you’re going to include an article why not provide one on LW, and stop insulting your lenders by avoiding all possible channels of communication.

They are certainly not my weekly rates. New investors might be getting those rates at the moment but not for long.
Interestingly they stopped sending me the weekly rates email after I complained that I wasn't getting those rates. They seem to think if they keep quiet and bury their heads in the sand it will all be ok.
