The P2P landscape has changed quite drastically during 2019 - defaults, fraud, administration, dodgy valuations, interest rate haircuts. You name it, it probably happened in the past 12 months.
Against that backdrop, this poll is to identify your top 5 favourites from the p2p field, and doesnt have to align with your current investment holdings (many may have large holdings they are trying to exit).
Please leave below any notable absentees from the list - I just took it from the sub-forum board headings.
EDIT: Please can platform reps/employees not vote in this poll

I can only list 3 that I have any trust left in now, from an all time high involvement in over 13 platforms during 10 years.

Care to share which three? Similar here. Lost faith in the the vast majority of platforms. They are full of hot air and hype when it comes to grabbing your money. When you get to the point of being due your money back on loans, that's when they show their true colours, and what you generally get is obfuscation, excuses and lies.

LendInvest, Assetz Capital and Ratesetter.
Though I'm keeping an eye on the bar graph above cause I'm looking for new opportunities and I haven't tried some of the most popular ones so far like Crowd Property, LoanPad, Unbolted and ABLrate.

I'm surprised about the continued popularity of Ratesetter after the rate cuts (which presumably was a pre-emptive action aimed at boosting the PF). I put them into run down following the announcement.
Interested to hear positive opinions.

And you can still occasionally get decent rates but they are rare spikes.

Curious to know why AssetzCapital is so popular for people?

Curious to know why AssetzCapital is so popular for people? Me too. I'm new to p2p, only in Ratesetter at the moment, and probably unlike most forum members, would never want to be an active investor researching individual loans.
With interest rates plummeting everywhere, I see RS as one of the lower risk (for p2p) ways of getting more than is available in savings a/cs (Yes, I know the risk is real) and am hoping to slowly replace my old 5% regular savings a/cs using RS, and possibly AssetzCapital.

Well, the winners are usually the ones that go on to fail!

Mod Hat On/
Not that it seems to have happened yet, but can I just ask Platform Reps not to vote in this poll. They can have an undue impact on the results and cause us unnecessary time and effort trying to get their votes unwound. We can see who has voted, but not how people have voted, so let me say now, rather than waste our time trying to get you to un-vote, if any Platform Reps do vote I'll simply name them when the poll closes. Thanks for your collaboration.

The only platform on the list which I haven't made any complaints yet is not P2P. Simple lending model, return delivered.

Curious to know why AssetzCapital is so popular for people? Loans by assetz are secured on property unlike lending works and ratesetter which deal primarily in unsecured loans. So if a loan does go bad it is not a 100% loss. Loanpad does this at a lower ltv than assetz. But assetz is more established and more liquid.
