Has anybody else had difficulty getting onto the Private Board? I have emailed twice using the email addresses in the instructions but to no avail.  |

Has anybody else had difficulty getting onto the Private Board? I have emailed twice using the email addresses in the instructions but to no avail. I can't remember the exact time but it took quite a while before I was given access. It was over a week from sending the e-mail to getting access. I actually only sent my request to one of the e-mail addresses as I must be blind and missed the giant "AND". Still worked though, eventually.

Photochromic lenses perhaps.

Is there still a bit of a wait before being granted access? I emailed the 3 address' over a week ago. I've tried clicking on the board but just get the "You do not have permission" message. AC provided forum admins with details of additional users for the private board on 24th & 27th July which I dealt with the day they arrived, but your forum user id wasn't in either list. I suggest you send AC a polite reminder (and double check you supplied the requested account details so AC can verify your AC account)
