Going back through my old emails, I found this one quite interesting in which "Harry" advised me that Lendy operate a credit facility. I wonder if the FCA are aware that unregulated lending was taking place... Another bit of evidence to add to the impending legal action me thinks.  |

INPL was one of the most liked aspects of the platform in the heady days of everyone fighting to invest in anything that appeared. FFF. Id be very surprised if the FCA werent well aware of it and ultimately stopped it because it effectively meant Lendy were holding loan parts on their balance sheet which isn't allowed under full permission.
