I believe CapitalRise allow you to bid on a new ISA loan and then transfer the money over / send in a transfer request for existing funds. Do any of the other platforms allow the same OR do all of them need you to transfer the cash in first and then suffer cash drag ?

Do any of the other platforms allow the same OR do all of them need you to transfer the cash in first and then suffer cash drag ? you will suffer cash drag in a different way with the (often quite lengthy) ISA transfer process, unless you are subscribing new money for the current tax year. Bridge Crowd allows this for non-ISA, so we will see if they do as and when they launch an ISA.
