Yep,mine is £20 down since yesterday afternoon. My wife's account is down £20 since 19/11, before the first maintenance.I won't bid until they reconcile as further £20s may disappear.

In my case spirogyra refers to a 1970s folk rock band from Canterbury. Why they have chosen to associate themselves with a genus of filamentous charophyte green algae of the order Zygnematales is still a mystery (to me).

Oh they assure me (after MY formal complaint) that it is a very rare event, and my problems stem from bidding and selling too much .. with a way <1% screwup rate, they don't expect most people to be affected (much). You are just unlucky. It can swing both ways .. sometimes you get charged for what you didn't get, sometimes you sell the same thing twice (and get paid for it). Sort of like the lottery, but more obscure..

Sorry, spirogyra, if you are responded to a post I deleted as too silly. I was pondering on matrimony in the species - spirogyra can reproduce vegetatively I believe. Except that the name remembers a folk rock band, one word rather than Spyro Gyra, the American jazz fusion band of the same era, and definitely not pond life.

The thing is - I know and I like both bands, hence I made the combination.

...my problems stem from bidding and selling too much .. How very dare you. Perhaps they should publish an acceptable usage cap, like ISPs do?

Or an error rate so we could see if they are making progress.

Or an error rate so we could see if they are making progress. Overall they are not making progress. A new error today in calculating interest on sold loans (adding to the rounding errors on buyer rate). This morning I was lucky to sell two £100 parts in property loan 7349. Both at par, both at interest rate 8% and both to the same buyer. Identical you would think, and yes a 25p fee for FC from each. But for one I received 4p interest and the other 7p. I have checked the transactions and it is so, and not a 'display issue'. Impossible. Something else is broken. Here is a cut and paste from loan parts sold, in case anyone thinks I have made a mistake - with X to avoid identifying the buyer and part. 50600XX W*st L*nd*n Property Development 7349 A+ 0% [£0.00] £100.07 8% 23/11/2014 XXXXXXX 50600XX W*st L*nd*n Property Development 7349 A+ 0% [£0.00] £100.04 8% 23/11/2014 XXXXXXX Sunday is not a busy day on FC. Is it time to escape before it crashes in flames?

I confirm similar anomalies in my account. Interest or premiums reconciled incorrectly.

If you guys weren't so active in downloading your transaction histories, maybe the FC systems would have time to let me in to the SM instead of giving me 502 Bad Gateway since lunch time yesterday

Works OK here, so I guess you need to cycle your power, reboot router, clear caches or bug isp.

Is it time to escape before it crashes in flames? That is just weird. Do let us know what they say. I can see a 1p error, but nothing larger, unless they accumulated rounding across all your parts or something similarly daft.
