Why would investors ignore good to huge discounts and then decide to buy shares at market valuation. Don't think so. The AUM fee structure on the low dividend properties makes any new investment untenable. Waiting a month staring at the inevitable, as can be seen from the first real test, is just going to delay the already difficult sale propositions. The marketing process needs to start now for all the properties renewing over the next 2 years. With the overwhelming number of dividends slashed from original forecasts it's going to be a tough sale period. Let's hope prospective buyers see that existing net dividends can be improved by better management. Dividends will stop at some point during the process but there is no mention of whether the AUM fee will continue until the keys are handed over.
