For information:
I withdrew a significant sum from RS earlier this week and it took less than 24 hours from "sell" instruction to appearing in my bank account. I also withdrew money from AC (QAA) which took a similar time. Z hasn't arrived yet and is unlikely to until next week.

Anyone else having problems withdrawing from the QAA? I'm trying to help my mother on the phone, all she is getting is "Sorry there is an error".

I made a withdrawal without any problem. Received an email a few minutes later to confirm the payment was being processed.

They are likely doing backend work for the new system, as chris mentioned earlier in the thread.

Withdrawal from 30 day to Qaa now a couple of hours late.
Phone line and live chat now closed so need to sit tight until tomorrow, I guess

TonyR - having the same problem, the online chat has informed me there is a 'technical' error and their helpline says an 'IT' problem. Sounds a bit suspicious as its the first time I've experienced this with them

I withdrew some money this morning and got the email saying "a request to withdraw was made" as usual. The money has appeared in my account this evening, but the email hasn't come through yet to tell me that. I assume its something to do with all the IT changes going on in the background.

Not unusal, considering they are changing the entire format to which they accept money to the company from us investors.
They have to make sure everything is fully working before releasing it to public, or something can go seriously wrong than a delay for one working day. Just make sure your QAA is set to invest idle funds and avoid any cash drag.

Withdrawals from our Access Accounts are currently paused as we are no longer in normal market conditions as a result of Coronavirus.
We expect this to be a short-term measure and will provide regular updates.
