Just tested RYI in my Everyday account.
1 year and 5 year.
Initially an error message is received.
Then a dialogue box pops up and says 'please wait' in a circle symbol.
Then after quite a pause, so be patient- the quote appears and allows you to proceed.
I took £500 RYI from my 1 year.
This is in addition to a very large sum I RYI on the 16th March.
The quote references this as " a pending amount"
Hope this helps and reassures.
I await my initial RYI instrucytion to be completed..... my husband's anxiety is going through the roof......... Thanks ruralres66

Nope definitely still broken: www.dropbox.com/s/sio8i2q9oy46hub/Screenshot%202020-03-29%2023.27.02.png?dl=0Will record a video later. It seems I can RYI small amounts but not the majority of my investment.

Just spoke to RS (thought to update here so I don't create concern for others), looks like I did one small 5 year RYI on the 11th which has been paid out and my larger one was on the 12th which is still in queue so looks like they are still working on the 12th for 5 year.

Good evening everyone. The latest update is below - we have delivered £0.7m today. I think I might have spotted something that contributed to the peak liquidity of the 24 th March. I had picked up a sub-£10 loan part which was from a non-amortising 15 month bullet loan due to repay in 2021. The total loan was for £3m+ secured on property and it repaid early, on the 24 th March, without any intervention from the PF. At the time this loan part was stopping me from making a clean exit via RYI in the market I held it in. Just got to wait for the rest of the request to come through now.

I have just had my RYI from the 5 Year market fully completed. I am not 100% sure, but I believe I requested it during the evening of Saturday 14 March.
When I invested, I had zero intention of ever exiting early, and the fee would have deterred me in most situations. But I never envisaged the current world turmoil. I hope all will be OK and I can return to investing with RS in the future, but right now I needed -- and now have -- peace of mind.
Good luck all!
EDIT: The RYI might have been done on Friday 13 March.

That would be odd, because my 5 Year RYI was requested on 13 March (according to Ratesetter - I thought it was earlier, but didn't note it down so there you go) and I've received nothing so far...

I may be mistaken, then. I was struggling to associate my decision to RYI with some other event whose date I knew, and I thought I did it after having a meal with my parents which was on the 14th. Hmmm. Maybe it was the Friday 13th.

I actually thought mine was even earlier, but RS said the 13th and I got the delay-explainer email on the 13th so must have done it by then. So let's hope you did it on the 13th or before, or something is up!

In case it helps give peace of mind to anyone.
Received RYI from 5 year this afternoon for >£100k so Ratesetter are dealing with these requests. Requested at 10pm March 13th.
Better than AC where a larger amount is indefinitely wedged.
Having had all my savings and investments burned so badly and having been with Ratesetter since the very early days I have a suspicion that Ratesetter will turn out to have been the one place I should have placed more trust in and stuck with.

Rich Well this is fairly concerning as my request was earlier than that. Ugh.

Ring them and ask, I find them always helpful.
Anyone getting any joy with getting out of Access or Max yet or is it just 5 yr that is shifting?

Rich Yes I think when all this is over Ratesetter be a lot stronger and will pick up a lot of the money that has exited the weaker, poorly run platforms where it would appear that investor trust has simply evaporated.
