This is so quick after the corona budget I wonder what conditions the BBI has laid down, in fact it's so quick have they actually had time to write contracts. having said that, £15mm is token money unless this is the first tranche of a larger sum?

Is this quote saying that the £15mm will be lent along side the next £100mm that AC loan out? Whatever; it's loans on which AC can make a monitoring charge to wash it's face and keep going and help the country keep going at the same time; while investor funds are much more reserved. I certainly am.
