Well FWIW I also have an email address used specifically for Lendy and I'm fairly certain I HAVEN'T had one from P1 Capital.
The one I deleted without checking was referring to some totally unbelievable investment return, possibly 14.569% (and yes it was to 3 decimal places ) Believe it or not you can get 27.630% AER to same group of companies on ABLrate when taking the current SM discount into account. Yes I suppose actually it's not that unbelievable, I just remembered it because if the 3 decimal places - they're not normally that specific!

I got it as well but I'm on so many suckers lists I've no idea who ratted me out.. My copy was definitely put out by Lendy, RSM, or a party to whom they have entrusted my details.
As a few others, I have many single-use email addresses, and it was the one that is exclusively used for Lendy stuff that received this spam email.
Just curious - were others who received this communication all invested in "the London loan"(s) where Lendy were obliged by a court to provide our email addresses to an untrustworthy third party?

I was and haven't had it, neither have any relatives who were in that loan. Wasn't in the other one so perhaps its that list. Number of recipients on LAG FB not in London loan.

And I still haven't engaged with the spurious AML checks because I don't trust Lendy / RSM with an unredacted bank statement, which is what they have requested. In fact I'm quite reluctant to trust them with anything when I read this sort of stuff.

I have also received this unsolicited "get rich quick" junk from the company calling themselves "P1 capital partners".
They are selling property bonds. A search on Duedil does not give any results for this lot who claim to be based in Berkley Square, London. There is a company of the same name based in Henley on Thames.
This is the "Gladspeak" from their website:-
" P1 Capital Partners are Property Finance Specialists who lend on a short-term basis to borrowers up to 75% of the value of the property/development value*. All loans are secured by a legal charge. (1st or 2nd charge). P1CP will originate, administer and monitor all loans on behalf of the Issuer. Borrowers are primarily business owners, developers and property professionals. The Issuer will take security over all the property and in many cases personal guarantees from directors when lending to companies.
Sound rather familiar to the spin we all got from Liam at SS and then Lendy [and from FC's now deceased "highly experienced team of property experts"] ? Short term basis / property professionals / personal guarantees?
I have sent them an e mail demanding to know how they got my details and informing them that I will be reporting them to the Information Commissioners unless I receive a reply within 24 hours.
I suggest other should do the same.
Someone has sold our information. Report them. SXLR

It's probably our Liam! The guy has no shame. Even knowing Lendy was going under he started a new company 'Pay Me Now' He just casually walked away from the ripped off investors.

Yes I agree. (I love the cat picture).
That is the point that I was trying to make. The self promoting website shows "Berkley Square" but all the Company house / duedil entries show they are in Henley.
Some might think that the Berkley Square details might simply be a postal address to try to impress potential investors.
I have had no reply from the lot running P1 but have a receipt to prove delivery (and at least one of them has read my e mail) - so I will be contacting the information commissioner as I want to know who provided / sold my private details to them.
I will copy my e mail to P1 Capital on to this forum in the morning so other can do the same if they also feel disquiet about their information being banded about to a property bond website.
Another financial scandal in the making? The word junk seem to come to mind.
Any one seen the brilliant guru Liam or his wife recently?

Well tracked Mousey.
Sorry I did not have time to dig deeper into this shabby outfit. Will have a closer look during the week.
Obviously closely linked to our Mr Waterfall / Windfall LB.
Herewith my e mail to this suspect outfit to which I have had not reply:-
"I have received an e mail from you inviting me to invest in property bonds. I did not request this invitation.
You state that I received it because I had I “opted in via our website”. I did not.
I want to know how you got my e mail details as I suspect someone has been selling information without my consent. This is a breach of the DPA.
Kindly provide the answer to this request within 24 hours or I shall report the matter to the Information Commissioner."
Suggest lots more people do the same. SXLR
PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW. 31.03.2020.
