chris 2FA doesn't seem to be fixed. Just logged into AC after booting up my laptop (Windows 10 with Firefox browser) -got sent 2FA text even though I'd clicked "Trust this device and reduce the number of two factor authentication requests" -other thing that's wrong - the "Trust this device and reduce the number of two factor authentication requests" gets reset each time the login page is displayed
Did some more tests
-shutdown/restart the browser, go to AC login, 'Trust this device' toggle is Off, set it On, log in, don't get sent 2FA code - good -shutdown/restart the browser again, go to AC login, 'Trust this device' toggle is Off, set it On, log in, don't get sent 2FA code - good
-shutdown/restart the laptop, go to AC login, 'Trust this device' toggle is Off, set it On, log in, don't get sent 2FA code - good
(In all cases, I log out of AC before closing down browser)
OK, now I'm confused - first start-up of laptop today causes me to be sent 2FA code, second start-up didn't.

It still lets me in without 2FA (which is why I think the "Trust this device..." selector should be moved to the 2FA pop-up, where I think it was in the old UI). Problems only arise if I change between my 2 accounts, when it forgets and asks for 2FA again.

Anyone know where I can find the accrued interest values for my individual MLA loans on the new site? Thanks. Edit: ahh, I see the missing accrued interest info has already been flagged here: p2pindependentforum.com/post/383109/thread

I have found that if I only "trust this device" on 1 account and log out log in to the second account no"remember this device" I can log out and go back to 1st account and log in no 2FA Also if I just close Firefox and not log out when I go to log in it logs directly in without asking for user name/password

I got £1 payout today at 14.10 on each of the 30DAA and 90DAA in my IFISA a/c, each one having money past its withdrawal date. Do you have Access Account withdrawals past their due date in your IFISA?

Don’t expect quick responses just now, I think they’re drowning in feedback on the beta site. Was there any testing done on this site prior to release I wonder? Given how many bugs, where perfectly good working features on the old site have not been replicated on the new site properly it would appear not which is really frustrating as customers are testing the site. Do we get paid for all this wasted time and effort? I’m normally a supporter of this platform but they’ve made a pigs ear of this at a time that they should have been focussing on more important tasks, like protecting investors cash and closing out some of those suspended loans/defaults. Oh, nd saving money so that the 0.9% fee can be removed Rant over.

Its unbelievable really. Their entire business is imploding and yet they are spending their time mucking about changing their website and running round responding to negative trustpilot reviews or trying to get posts removed off this forum.

I haven't checked on previous feedback but this is my experience since the beta became alpha.
I used the red settings option to remove some of the elements that I consider superfluous, there is plenty left but it is better for my needs.
I set un-invested accounts and graphs to not show, and Cash Accounts to not show as this evident from uninvested funds, and I have set average interest rate, total interest paid, remaining IFISA, and accrued interest to not show.
I would like to be able to dismiss the orange and turquoise banners but these are not optional.
My impression is that the interface is an inconsistent mess, for example some options are available via ... menus, some have dedicated coloured buttons, some have uncoloured buttons, some are accessed via underlined text, hovering over ? sometimes reveals an explanation of the current item and at other times contains additional information, the top level menu is a haphazard mix of options that automatically display a sub menu on the line below or dropdowns that replicate other parts of the menu and little used options, and the icing on the sludgy cake is the icon on the MLA looks like a wonky hamburger menu.
I spy with my little eye complete lack of coordination, quality, and consistency.
I am sure that in a couple of weeks all this will be forgotten.
