I’m normally a supporter of this platform but they’ve made a pigs ear of this at a time that they should have been focussing on more important tasks, like protecting investors cash and closing out some of those suspended loans/defaults. Oh, nd saving money so that the 0.9% fee can be removed And emailing people to give fair notice what they're doing And those emails shouldn't start with "as you may be aware ...", if they haven't prviously said so themselves p.s. I'm seeing a couple of posts here about £1 a day withdrawals, which has happened on mine today. Where can I find out about more about this?

chris The £1 payment today appeared on my standard account but not on my ISA account this is the 1st time this has happened - is this a bug? I got £1 payout today at 14.10 on each of the 30DAA and 90DAA in my IFISA a/c, each one having money past its withdrawal date. Do you have Access Account withdrawals past their due date in your IFISA? Yes I do and they paid the previous payment to IFISA and non IFISA accounts.

-shutdown/restart the browser, go to AC login, 'Trust this device' toggle is Off, set it On, log in, don't get sent 2FA code - good I'm finding that, provided I'm logging into the same account I last logged out of, there's no need to select "Trust this device ..." again. It still lets me in without 2FA (which is why I think the "Trust this device..." selector should be moved to the 2FA pop-up, where I think it was in the old UI). Problems only arise if I change between my 2 accounts, when it forgets and asks for 2FA again. FYI just logging in to AC and the 'Trust this device' toggle isn't displayed.

It was moved to the same location as the old UI, as lenders requested.

Having just logged in on the Beta site (with a code because "trust my device" seems not to function well) I tried a couple of votes - both required another code so that is a PITA and then it still does not tell me (not obviously anyway) whether or not I have already voted.

What concerns me with the votes is when I look at them for the first time I see a tick is already in the A-box.
And with one vote (it's five loans one is #307 RS F*******l Management limited) I find that despite voting B yesterday there's a tick in the A-box again today. I'll vote again and see what happens - seems to have been accepted... Ed. Checked again to day 26.4.20 @ 8.30pm and my tick (or vote?) seems to have disappeared from the B-box, there are no ticks in either box - so I've voted again. Previously votes were confirmed - now there's the feeling it just disappears into the ether. When I go to the legacy site I can see there that my vote has been registered, can we have this duplicated to the Beta please?

I look at my loans. I sort them into recent updates order. Except the first time I click on the header I get oldest first, which is silly
Then I click into a loan to explore what the update is about. And when I go back into the listing, it's reverted to your default order, so requires another two clicks from me (and I think a bit of computing load for you that you could do without)

I confirm voting has gone astray. I have PMd Chris
This matters I think
Alerted by a post here, I voted B on #808, verified sms. done.
logged out
an hour later, logged back in, saw that I was being asked to vote (1 in a red circle), followed it, yes it was the same loan, and there was a tick in A
It seems to me that all current votes need to be redone

Why when I am looking at a loan do I have to click to see if there are any loan parts available? It was better before

Just checked my vote status for this one - Now there's no tick at all, it's as if I've not voted at all, there's a possibility that they are playing with the code right now so I'll check again to morrow if I remember.

chris, it no longer seems to be possible to open up loan pages as separate tabs (the old approach of CTRL - left click simply opens the loan in the existing tab, and right clicking offers no option to open as a new tab). Please can we have this back asap?!

this may ber nothing to do with the new UI but.... Can someone explain how I can have "Uninvested funds" at £243 but Cash Account at £76 when all accounts are set to withdraw all I have nothing in the QAA type accounts (well about 1x10^-19).

Could it be that you have uninvested cash in your accounts that was there before you set them to withdraw all? I think that the withdraw all option relates to interest and capital payments, but not existing cash.

Suggest taking a look at your Account Balances statement (Statements drop-down / Account Balances) and look at the Awaiting Investment column. Likely it's sat in the MLA (maybe pre-dating your "withdraw all" instruction). If so, you should be able to withdraw it to your Cash account via the Withdraw button.
