If you proceed with removing access to old interface on Wednesday we would appear to have no way to view loans we have sold, but for which interest remains outstanding and unpaid.
"Please show *all* MLIA loans, not just those where there is a holding. This interest is still owed to lenders."
I'll postpone the shutting of the old site until this has at least been through formal review Similar issue for those with investment accounts being unable to see these loans

On any loan details page;
Using the down arrow to move down the text on a page seems to move you to the next tab instead.
When you return to the tab you were on, you're at the top again rather than where you were.
On Live Loans page;
Keeps defaulting to filtering on MLA when you return having opened loan details, rather than no filter or the filter you had.
Also still no apparent way to open loan details in a new tab using Ctrl or otherwise.
Keep Me Logged In:
This is coming up way too frequently !
I'm trying to review a number of loans and given the other changes it's taking much longer than previously to read through the updates and documents.
Having to repeatedly acknowlege this prompt on every tab is completely counter-productive.
Plus when you do acknowledge, the page refreshes back to default filters, not the ones you had.

chris Is it the case, as some have suggested, that Lender Votes have Option A pre-selected? If that's the case, I think it's completely inappropriate that AC try to 'nudge' lenders in a particular direction. It shouldn't be the case, and I'll flag as it is not our policy to push a particular response But when vote results are announced you declare that There was a majority in favour of option A when those not voting are included as deemed consent.
OR
There was a majority in favour of option A from both those choosing to vote and even greater when those not voting are included as deemed consent.
That's more than nudging, that's actually distorting the outcome, and leaving us with absolutely no doubt which is the preferred response

Either way I'm only able to discuss technical matters and from tech's point of view the platform does not steer lenders to vote in a certain way.

My apologies, I hadn't spotted these were limited to the forebearance vote

Unfortunately, the voting functionality isn't working well on the new site.
Unlike the old site, there's no confirmation that a vote has been accepted, there's no record of if / how you've already voted in a live ballot, and (as has been pointed out already) the voting reminder doesn't turn off after voting.
The good news is that votes are being recorded (but you have to use the old site to confirm this, which is a pain).

When using Beta site with one account if you select 'Back to the Existing dashboard' it launches the Legacy site with another account I recently logged into, not the one I just logged into the Beta with; if that makes sense.
So need to ensure all extra tabs are closed AND you consciously log out of one account before logging in with a different account.

chris “Your instructions” sort order IS : sell < buy < not instructed SHOULD BE: sell < not instructed < buy (as per legacy site) Disagree
do something (buy) - do something (sell) - don't do something
makes sense to me
