I am finding that the 'Your MLA Holdings' (which aggregates Standard and MLA balances) is overstating my actual holding (eg #805 overstated c. 10%) while #1128 said I had '13.01' this morning (when I had none and no previous) and now arfter purchasing '30.00' (in IFISA) it says I have '43.01'

this may ber nothing to do with the new UI but.... Can someone explain how I can have "Uninvested funds" at £243 but Cash Account at £76 when all accounts are set to withdraw all I have nothing in the QAA type accounts (well about 1x10^-19). Suggest taking a look at your Account Balances statement (Statements drop-down / Account Balances) and look at the Awaiting Investment column. Likely it's sat in the MLA (maybe pre-dating your "withdraw all" instruction). If so, you should be able to withdraw it to your Cash account via the Withdraw button. This is still not fixed. I have uninvested cash in my MLIA account, which doesn't show also I can't find a way to move it to my cash account the Beta site Have to go to the existing dashboard to see the balance and move it to cash acc.

The large withdrawal button in the MLA account box is used to move cash out of the MLA. It can be a bit confusing. Awaiting investment funds are not visible, unless clicking on question mark. It is not so obvious for those who are used to the original version.

Thanks, thats confusing, However . I don't know when I have money uninvested, can they not show the amount under 'total invested' rather than having to hover of the ? symbol Also when I go to with draw it doesn't show whats available . It would be nice if it had the same info just like the original dashboard
But thanks for helping me find what I was looking for

So I've got my interest payments for 1 May (hooray - and lets not debate the percentage here). I've moved the Cash from my ISA account to my Standard Account, with a view to following up with a withdrawal ... but my cash appears to be stuck in transit.
I'm pretty sure that this was instant on the previous site.
Now my ISA cash has been reduced, but the only sign over in Standard is the appearance of the little question mark which shows the amount as "Awaiting Transfer". So how long do we think this is going to take? I've given it several minutes and refreshed the page multiple times.
Edit: It did turn up eventually - according to the time stamps, just over 30 minutes later. Not a huge deal but frustrating, especially when it looks for all the world like its disappeared!

I'd like it if there was a way to remove the graph and the accounts breakdown circle without removing the other statistics. They waste space and I'd rather just look at the figures.

Click on 'settings' (Red box) to amend. But perhaps a way to move less viewed items 'up' or 'down' the page just like the legacy site does with the account banners under 'customerise' would be popular.

Within Settings, drag the 3-horizontal-bars icons up or down. ' Click and drag sections to change the order they are displayed in'

chris chrisHi Chris, 1) Is there a way of switching off the boxes and pie chart and graph at the top of the dashboard page? - I'm not interested in seeing those, just in my different accounts which are now hidden at the bottom of the page - lots of scrolling. Or allow us to configure that page so we can choose what we see first at the top. Fixed - thanks to iRobot2) on the dashboard - for my manual account I used to be able to easily see how much was invested and how much I had left to invest - now I have to hover over a tiny question mark to find out how much I have to invest and do some mental arithmetic to work out how is currently invested (as opposed to the total in the account which is what is displayed) - I prefer the old display which gave more useful information. 3) Downloads - please can the download as csv buttons also be at the top of each page (eg when downloading statements I have to scroll to the bottom of the page to find it). I don't mind if they are at the bottom and the top, but definitely prefer to have a button at the top to reduce loads and loads of scrolling. 4) downloaded files - once they have downloaded I have 2 problems a) file names - now the statements are all named as statement(1), statement(2), etc whereas before they had the name of the account - Cash, QAA etc. Ideally the name should also include the date and time of the download. Live loans download as live(1), repaid loans as repaid(1). More helpful file names would be appreciated.
b) date and time in the new statement downloads - column B - now has a T between the date and the time - Excel is struggling to read this as a date - please can the T be removed - it didn't use to be there and I don't see that it has any use.
Other than that the new site looks pretty enough and I can do most things I need to - once I've worked out where things are.
Thanks
