I can't seem to find an easy way to see the uninvested cash in my MLA after I have sold loan parts, and to then withdraw it to the cash account. (interest and principal repayments automatically go back to cash account on my current settings) Within the 'Manual Lending Account (Standard)' box on my display, there is a little question mark (?) to the right of the Total Investment amount. If I hover my cursor over the ?, it shows the 'Awaiting Investment' amount. Is that it?

I suppose you have to just put a big number in, and let it draw down. Makes it harder to keep track of the total you have sold though.

I'm finding I'm being asked to key in a new verification code every time I log in (Chrome, Win10) even though I've previously selected "Trust this device and reduce the number of two factor authentication requests" Same here. Windows 10 with Firefox 75.0

I'll flag this for investigation. Could you PM me your email address that you use with the site please, both so we can look at your specific account and for the developers to contact you directly if needed? Thanks. i'm having a similar problem with "View Loan Holdings" or "View Transactions". Left click takes me back to the log-in page. Right click opens the Loan Holdings/Transactions in a new tab. I can live with that, but surely that's not the intention, is it? (Google-chrome on Linux).

Rightmost column 'Units available' is not displaying fully in the 'paused instructions' page.

It appears that those loans in my MLIA on which only interest and no capital remains outstanding to me, are no longer displayed as part of "My Loans", and there is therefore no way of accessing the updates.

Where on the new dashboard is there a link to the T&Cs? Top of dashboard, click on 'FAQs', brings up new page, bottom right in that page

Same issue in the investment accounts, which means loans are no longer visible in the GBBA1 for me where only interest is outstanding

The 'Interest Paid This Month So Far' doesn't seem to reflect reality.
My Access accounts + MLA interest is much lower than the reported figure.
Anyone else?

Tried another account using Edge and Win10 and the same thing happened.

The download csv for transactions is next to useless (as has been mentioned in previous posts). Why change the existing download, that was very useful when dropped into a spreadsheet. The new one has transaction detail and a date, that's it. Even the time which is shown on the screen doesn't appear on the download so you can't order the transactions unless you re-order them top to bottom. My current spreadsheets cover every transaction since May 2013 (when I first invested) and they have allowed me/my accountants to extract data as needed, the new download will stop all that.
