I like it BUT the trust this device option when logging in seems to work for a whole 2 hours - right pain. It's a priority to be fixed. We think it relates only to those that are using the Authy app, but it'll be fully investigated and fixed. I just get an sms with a code - is that the app?

Can't see accrued interest in the csv download on my GBBA1 account.
Can't see loans where I only have interest outstanding in the csv download of my GBBA1 account.
The CSV download in the GBBA1 account has bundled the GBBA1 loans into the MLA column. Looks like there are no columns for the investment accounts.

Given that the Assetz live chat link no longer works, dare I ask someone here? How do you see how much cash is in the Manual account, that might be transferable out? Within the 'Manual Lending Account (Standard)' box on my display, there is a little question mark (?) to the right of the Total Investment amount. If I hover my cursor over the ?, it shows the 'Awaiting Investment' amount. Is that it? Thanks for the tip, cb25, I was struggling with that too. chris , There's nothing intuitive about having to hover over a question mark next to one figure in order to find out another figure, can it not appear in its own right? Also, the 'Total net instruction' figure has disappeared; it would be nice to have that back. Thanks!

I don't use the Authy app, but get sent a 2FA text each time I log into AC after a browser shutdown. I have emailed AC. I'll make sure this is passed on to the developers, thanks. Same here, no authy app yet 2FA each time. W10/Chrome if it makes a difference.

How to search by loan number? Ahh you have to click on the loan rather than automatically viewed. And now # not needed.
When looking through the loans and opening up the loan to see details and go back it reverts to the top not where you left.

We've just released an update to address the following: - 2FA fix to the remember me function
- Remembering sort ordering of lists
- Statement exports now follow the previous format
- Live chat
Chris I run 2 accounts. It remembers 1 account but if I then go to the other account log out and go back to the first its forgotten me already. Makes me sad.

Alfa site cant log in, have u broke it ? There was a glitch. If you delete your cookies for the site it will work, otherwise a fix will be coming in the morning.

chris, Yep, managing several accounts on one PC. Asked for SMS code EVERY time I toggle between the accounts. Getting really tiresome.
