Just noticed when logging in in addition to 2FA issue it is not setup correctly as a form so using an android keyboard on tablet you have to click password field rather than enter/tab from email field. I know it's small point but another back step.

I have MLA loans in both Standard and IFISA accounts. I set my dashboard to IFISA only, and View Loan Holdings for my MLA. All values on screen correctly reflect just the IFISA values. But, I then Download CSV and in the CSV file, while column M (your_mla_holdings) reflects IFISA only, column J (your_net_instructions) shows the sum of both accounts' instructions. My IFISA-only instruction is not shown.
Also, CSV file doesn't show whether an instruction is paused or not

The new dashboard has come about from a herculean effort by the developers to rebuild the entire thing from the ground up removing many of the hurdles developing the old dashboard brought. This will allow us to iterate much more quickly from here, bringing new features and improvements that we've long planned but never had the means to implement with all the other priorities we juggle as a team. Being a completely new dashboard there will no doubt be a handful of gaps in functionality where the team have missed a nuance of a feature of the old site, and these will be addressed as we become aware of them. Numerous updates have been made already over the past few weeks based on the feedback gathered from our lenders. New features and facilities are being worked on as well, to give lenders additional options and tools. There are many reasons for the hard deadline on the old site. Maintaining two systems in parallel is hugely expensive and defeats the purpose of the new site, and there are new features being added in the next couple of weeks that will not work on the old dashboard. There is additional cost in hosting both solutions. Some old software libraries being used are reaching the end of their life. And so on. In normal operating conditions I would be loving the new website, although there are concerns that all the things that are missing are indicators of poor loan performance. This makes it look like AC are trying to hide bad news. AC's most attractive element has always been the huge amount of data in the MLA loans (not interested in the AA, they were for people that didn't understand the risks and wanted a savings account), any threat, suggested or otherwise to that data will be seen as a risk increase by investors. Stuart told us not long ago that AC was reducing costs to help keep the investors fee to a minimum. Now Chris tells us that developers are working hard on making the new website work and it's really expensive to run 2 sites in parallel. Why aren't these developers already furloughed to reduce costs? Why are investors paying a fee just so AC can have a shiny new vanity website? Can I make some suggestions please: 1.Turn off the new website as we should have a steady hand on the wheel now, not huge upheaval. 2. Furlough the development staff to save money and apologise for not doing this earlier. 3. Recognise going forward that investors look at risk and if it looks like AC hasn't heard of coronavirus this will force investors to factor in higher risk to AC investments. I was putting small amounts into AC to take advantage of discounts but the website farce has clearly demonstrated that AC are higher risk than I had previously imagined so am now only logging in daily to withdraw. If AC show a bit of common sense and stop the vanity website then I will stop withdrawing as the risks have subsided slightly but there won't be any new money put in as too much damage has already been done by the current insanity. I suspect that any hope of MLA investors providing liquidity to the AA have taken a bit of a knock.

Withdrawals from MLA not immediately reflected in Cash account but are shown on transactions. Given that the Assetz live chat link no longer works, dare I ask someone here? How do you see how much cash is in the Manual account, that might be transferable out?

Within the 'Manual Lending Account (Standard)' box on my display, there is a little question mark (?) to the right of the Total Investment amount. If I hover my cursor over the ?, it shows the 'Awaiting Investment' amount. Is that it?

chris Has Livechat been removed from the new site? I get no indication it's there, not even "Livechat busy" or "Livechat closed" which I would expect if all staff were busy from high call volume.

I like it BUT the trust this device option when logging in seems to work for a whole 2 hours - right pain.

I don't use the Authy app, but get sent a 2FA text each time I log into AC after a browser shutdown. I have emailed AC.
