I am voting option A. This is not a difficult choice.
We are understandably not privy to all the discussions or negotiations with the institutional investors, banks and government departments and neither should we be. These discussions have to be private and confidential between the institutions involved and the company.
As a result, we do not know what forebearance measures or alternative assistance is,or has, been discussed or is being put in place with these institutions.
I am sure that all stakeholders are involved in attempting to resolve the current problems and by so making decisions, some challenging, as we are being asked to as retail investors in this vote.
Like it or not folks, we are not only all in this together but a successful outcome for the trilogy, lender, borrower and business, is essential. We all are interconnected and our success, or failure, gain or loss is interwoven.
What we do know from the updates and emails is that Assetz Capital are dealing with this current challenge with multiple approaches for the good of all parties in the medium to long term.
In current circumstances a supportive vote for option A is the only sensible option.
