Was announced the other week. This notice is plastered all over the website: www.thehousecrowd.com/announcement-coronavirous-march-2020Have many competitors really already stopped investors withdrawing fund? I'm aware that Growth Street and Octopus have. Others (noticeably Assetz and RS) seemingly have long queues (although the practical outcome might be the same). Interestingly they're still permitted new investment into these frozen products.

I had a modest amount in their HCAI-1 which is approaching it's 12-month maturity date. I've requested it be queued for withdrawal, giving the 30 days notice.
Got the below response which was along the expected lines. Now I'll have to wait and see...

Subject: The House Crowd withdrawal queue - an update for investors
Good morning,
This is an update for everyone who is in the withdrawal queue for one of our auto-invest products (Auto-Invest, Fusion, HCBC1, HCLN1, 30-Day Access) with regards to the timeframe for withdrawals for all in the current withdrawal queue. This queue has been in effect since March 2020.
We intend to restart the withdrawal process in October/November 2020 with the aim of clearing all requests out of the current queue by the end of the year. Please note however that normal market conditions are not currently in operation, and repayment is subject to sales progressing on our developments. This timescale may therefore slip if sales do not complete as they are currently scheduled to.
Investors will be emailed when we are in a position to repay their capital. Withdrawals will be processed in the order they were queued.
We thank you all for your patience during these difficult and uncertain times.
Kind regards
The House Crowd
