To boost liquidity should AC run interest payments twice a month, end of the month and middle of the month?
Please vote, thanks.

Twice the work for them. Not much sense in that - unless you are suggesting they hold half-a-month 'in hand' (a bit like a deposit scheme for a tenant)?

They have paid last months interest.
They get paid interest throughout the month so whatever they receive in interest by 15th April they should release that and then from 16th - 30th April release the next lot.
Easy way to boost liquidity and allow people to switch products - It is simply some admin for AC but will help a lot of investors who need cash to go about their day to day or investors who wish to switch to other products.
Please vote either way so we can get traction, thanks.

I believe there is an average investment figure per person of c. 12k (someone please correct me if this is wrong)
On this basis, and assuming that is in 90Day account, the monthly interest is c. £58. There are always edge cases but I don't think the vast majority of investors who have put 12k into P2P lending will worry about getting around £28 14 days earlier.
The more likely case is someone saving for a large expenditure, or drawing down chunks of capital to pay for a care home or similar - so it's better for Assetz to concentrate on managing through the loan book and increasing general liquidity rather than making immaterial value bank transfers

Why stop at twice a month... they calculate it for every second on the access accounts, so let's get it paid every second for the ultimate in liquidity!
[Not a serious suggestion in case anyone was in doubt!]

If AC run interest payments twice a month it will create 4 liquidity events
1) Interest paid
2) Those who re-invest their portion of interest will allow others to exit
3) Interest paid
4) Those who re-invest their portion of interest will allow others to exit
4 Liquidity events.

I prefer my peanuts whole, please, rather than fractions of a peanut at shorter intervals. This has nothing to do with liquidity - getting your investment out. Pointless distraction, sorry.
