AC "Abnormal normal conditions" banner was taken down a few weeks ago, currently there is no warning or web site based banner advising of any issues or working practice issues.

AC "Abnormal normal conditions" banner was taken down a few weeks ago, currently there is now warning or web site based banner advising of any issues or working practice issues. Assuming dave4 intended to type 'no' instead of 'now', I thought the above observation strange considering my earlier post. On closer inspection though, dave4 is correct. I 'noticed' the new banner advising of investment queues because I have set up some automatic monitoring on pages that don't require a login - Ts&Cs, FAQs, etc. However, if I ignore those and follow my (previously) 'normal' practice of clicking on a bookmark to the login page, then there is no banner on that page and, as far as I can see, there isn't a banner on any other pages once in the 'workings' of my account. Event doing a dry-run of depositing £1 didn't offer any notices of investment queues. chris - is this intended? Appreciate the email went out yesterday but, given the vagaries of email delivery success and inevitable levels of read-failure when they are delivered, there could be a number of investors attempting deposits who are unaware of the current situation.

There was an issue with the automated deployment of a couple of changes to the dashboard yesterday, including the banner and displaying queue position. Both should be corrected this morning.

Also chris ,in case you aren't aware, when you go to cancel an auto reinvestment instruction the dialog box says you're about to cancel a withdrawal instruction, not an investment instruction, so that needs amending.

I've got a small amount on 30 day notice to withdraw, and I can't add anything to (say) the QAA for days on end (and presumably others can't too) So is this a case of: "you've asked to receive 30 days interest before we process your withdrawal, so you can't waive it simply b/c there is a queue [in to 30 day notice, I think is a safe bet] of investors that we won't currently let in"?

Now seems to be entirely at AC's discretion as to whether notice accounts now have to serve notice or get cashed out early.
Any attempt to plan ahead and schedule withdrawals on notice accounts has been deemed 'gaming the system' by Stuart.
Yes, I'm bitter...

You agreed to thirty days notice for your "small amount", hence you receive a higher interest rate. Why moan? The QAA is currently full.

The QAA is currently full <--- Well put.
I get overemotional about stuff, but when that happens to me it tends to stops being an investment, emotions and investments can make exceptionally poor bedfellows. Someone was saying about "supporting AC" - AC don't need any one to support them. There'll be someone else to take your place as an investor be it retail or institution.

I can no longer see anything which actually says that ?

"New investment into the Access Accounts is currently being queued, however withdrawals from the accounts are being processed within one business day. Find out more"

very odd: I didn't see that ! EDIT: So there is ! I must have simply scrolled past it every time to get to the actual dashboard numbers. So I guess I'll be withdrawing from my cash account then, as I can't be a&&d to look at the MLIA stuff at the moment.

Are new investments to the Access Accounts still being queued, or have they been closed altogether?

According to the website: "New investment into the Access Accounts is currently being queued, however withdrawals from the accounts are being processed within one business day." In my recent experience withdrawals from QAA are instant and from 30-Day takes exactly 30 days. I don't understand why would anyone chose to be in this never ending queue. Is it worth keeping the funds idle for an indefinite period of time in hope to get invested in 3.75%-4.1% product?
