According to the website: "New investment into the Access Accounts is currently being queued, however withdrawals from the accounts are being processed within one business day." In my recent experience withdrawals from QAA are instant and from 30-Day takes exactly 30 days. I don't understand why would anyone chose to be in this never ending queue. Is it worth keeping the funds idle for an indefinite period of time in hope to get invested in 3.75%-4.1% product? I have no idea either. Perhaps a small amount out of interest to see when it moves. Perhaps a belief that, if there's a populated queue then there must be something worth queuing for.

Ah nostalgia ! Back to the USSR ; when people joined queues with no idea what was at the end of the line - usually nothing worth buying at all...

Against my better judgement, I recently invested 5k in the instant access account, it is taking an age to invest the funds, I would like to withdraw the money but I can't see any way of achieving this has anyone had a similar experience?

If it is uninvested in the 3.75% instant cash account then withdraw it to your cash account then withdraw fro cash account to your bank account.

I have had an email from AC encouraging me to invest a few pounds that are in my cash account into an IA account. Not much good if it joins a queue.

They're just incompetent [redacted] at this stage!
I have just checked. The highest non-non-performing loan is 9% (and there are no others above 8.5%)
I would like AC to explain themselves (if they dare to) b/c just making stuff up is the quickest way to the exit.

Better plan is to exit like I'm doing. You don't get this BS from other trusted and performing platforms most of which still have zero losses.

I had two such emails about my 8p uninvested. My other half also had two emails, but that is perhaps justified by leaving 22p uninvested.

I have £2.78 uninvested. But I don't think my £2.78 will be willing to join the AA queue. Invitation to reinvest in "Up to 10.60% gross interest" default loans doesn't look attractive either.

I got the email too. On logging in, the only uninvested money was <0.01 in the cash acccount. which I can't move anyway. I have set up bids for £100 on dozens on medium risk loans, and at present other people selling up any interest/repayments coming in are being soaked up. I think this strategy is safer than the access accounts, even though it takes more work.
