ISA policy number

Hi

I've got an ex-colleague who has a FC ISA (against my advice but ...). Anyway he fortunately decided to sell out most of the loans and now is 98% or so in cash (plus a few defaults). He needs to find the ISA policy number to do a partial transfer of the cash and he can't find it on the FC website and can't get anyone at FC to pick up the phone.

Does anyone know where the policy number is located?
