I did as well. Resolved by clearing cookies and closing and opening browser. I agree only thing that fixes things for me too. The annoying thing here is that RS has not mentioned any changes to my knowledge and definitely have not been advised of changes occuring. I'm glad I came here before I decided to start trying to change passwords etc etc. C'mon RateSetter what are you thinking by changing things like this do you think you are working in a vacuum perhaps. My other instinct with the CV19 issues and the increase in security issues since this pandemic means that we need to be more vigilant. The impact to users by these changes whatever the reason is that they should at least been displaying the changes status - it possible to get in eventually to the dashboard but then lower levels just locked out - sadly it was not an actual lockout one was still logged in in some circumstances.

Not working for me in my usual browser, the one I use for trusted sites that are allowed to place cookies. Would have been irritating to clear all cookies and mess up other sites, so RS has now been relegated to another browser. You are allowed more than one!

You should be able to delete cookies for RS only without affecting other sites. You certainly can in chrome but it takes some finding. A search on google should point you in the right direction.

Would have been irritating to clear all cookies and mess up other sites, so RS has now been relegated to another browser. You are allowed more than one! The best starting place for clearing cookies etc, in google chrome anyway it to just clear the cookies for the site in question. This method works for me and fixes most of the cookie issues where I've had suggestions to clear all cookies. In my view clearing all anything can be an overkill most of the time. That said sometimes it's the only thing but I have never had to go that far in the past 4 or more years in my experience and can remember. In google chrome the direct link I have in my main links is chrome://settings/siteDatajust copy it into a new Chrome Browser Tab Url box as is and press return. Once this page loads, just type the string ratesetter into the search cookies field on the far right it should show all the Ratesetter sources that have cookies set. Delete all the links shown and close any/all open ratesetter screens, Open a new tab and restart ratesetter using Ratesetter.com text. A similar approach can be taken for most clear all cookies advice in my experience. Sometimes you may have to close the whole browser too but generally it just works by closing the relevant sessions. HTH anyone who does not want to clear all cookies. (Note even if I close the whole browser where I usually have many tabs and screens open and have the browser set to restore screens. Sometimes I will actually force kill the browser and it will load all previous tabs as required, sad;u Chrome is not as well behaved, memory wise, as it could be but that's another story.) Note this approach can be used in most browsers but I tend to only use them as checkers for anything that appears not to be working in chrome.

It's self explanatory to do this in Chrome. Just go to settings and search cookies. Simplest solution is to just go to incognito though.

looks like they've let the office I.T junior loose on the site...
Links take you back to login sometimes! A right carry on.

I had the same issue. Clearing my history, cookies etc resolved the issue. Wish I knew the issue was related to Ratesetter and not my browser before I did that as I've now been signed out of all websites.
