I was having the same problem. Kept getting sent back to the log in page. However opening a 'new incognito window' worked for me (I use Chrome)

So not sure why some seem to be able to clear cookies and issue solved but using mrs aju's samsung tab2 using chrome browser in tablet mode i reset the cookies for all sites relative to ratesetter and things seem to have reset correctly and the website seems to work ok.when i reset using ratesetter search item there were 3 different url's affected.
I'm not really very mobile savvy but it was pretty similar to the desktop version just not laid out the same. Have'nt tried desktop mode on the tablet though.
Edit: I finally switched the tablet Ratesetter page over to desktop and seemed to be ok - still in chrome I might add. Thing is though I wonder if in Tablet mode its actually that much different to desktop mode. I've used inspect mode on the desktop in Chrome quite a bit and it's possible to switch into any number of different modes tablet/mobile/desktop etc etc but essentially it's still using the same code so since RS does not have a specific tablet app then I'm not sure it's any much different in reality.

Just seen the thread. I logged in alright from a landline computer. I appreciate that doesn't help those who can't , but the website is not completely down. It is still functioning for some of us. Best of luck.

It might be coincidental, but I had the same problem with RS and another bank yesterday. Clearing cookies helped in both cases.

great advice above I had the same problem with Google chrome ( Version 80.0.3987.163) so used Edge where it worked fine - I notice that when I went to check my chrome version it started to automatically update - will now reboot and see if it now works in Chrome. I had a largish amount in my holding account which I was about to withdraw - by the time I got into the system 75% was already re-lent - damn!

I've had to use a different browser to get in.
However unlike last week Ratesetter is refusing any withdrawals from the money on the market only in the holding account. Is anyone else finding this?

For Firefox browsers, go to Tools>Options>Privacy>Cookies and Site Data>Manage Data. Then search for ratesetter and delete all.

I have successfully requested a withdrawal today. I cancelled a number of 'on market' orders first, so that money went back into my 'holding account'. Then I withdrew that money from my 'holding account'. I don't know whether that helps, BUT withdrawal requests, can still be made today.
