On 18 March I did a release request, and on 23 or so I changed the reinvestment settings so that all capital and interest was repaid to my holding account. For the first five days or so it was pretty good and I was getting a decent amount into the holding account each day that I could transfer out. However, since the beginning of last week that has become a trickle with several days having NO amounts in the holding account at all, and today after a bank holiday only £2. Is this because all the lenders have cancelled their direct debits, or is something else going on? I didn't see any announcement of a Stabilisation Period yet which they have the right to do so to take money from us and transfer to provision fund? Anyone else seeing same thing? Its a 5 year account.

Borrower repayments are not spread evenly across the month and RS process repayments throughout the day. Some days are naturally much slower than others.
Hence you will see peaks and troughs both in an individual day and over a month.

My bold - I was going to ask this as I was interested for a comparison for the weekend processing compared to Zopa where I am drawing down every few days. I've always been aware that Zopa does not process these things over the weekend but never really known what RS do. Now I do. Does anyone know why these systems don't have background in/out processes that work over the weekend or is it just a general banking thing?.

As far as I can make out on any platform they knock off at 5 on a Friday and return at 9 on Monday morning. I wouldn't expect any processing of anything in between. Obviously this weekend is a lot slower because of a double bank holiday (and everyone working from home etc etc)

Not sure where it came from though and it was a single solitary item. (We are expecting quite a bit from this weekend if previous months dates are anything to go by. It will probably start run on Zopa sometime between 18:00-19:00 for some products each one is usually spread put across each server but if they are also having issues it can sometimes be delayed quite a bit.)

I changed the reinvestment settings so that all capital and interest was repaid to my holding account. How do you do that? I've simply increased the interest rate I'm prepared to lend at in the hope it doesn't get re-invested. Up to now they've let me withdraw this. Until today. I've had difficulty logging on with my usual browser so not sure if that is anything to do with it. They have certainly made changes

I got kicked out using chrome so tried edge and it worked fine

Logging on still fine for me.
I can see some of my borrower repayments have already come through and are sitting in my account.

They have certainly made changes It doesn't seem to be an option on Access, but on 5 year you just click the green edit button shown alongside Reinvestment Settings, a box will pop up "Edit Reinvestment Settings", then choose the Capital & Interest button and in the drop-down box choose To "Holding"
