Every time I log in I'm half expecting a "website unavailable" a la Lendy, Funding Secure, Collateral etc

How dare you, the FundingSecure website has always been and still is available, I can see all the grisly details of my bad loans !

I disagree. The more staff are furloughed rather than making the site more difficult to access with changes to the user interface, or seeking to have endless chats with people who are basically seeking attention for their viewpoint, the more likely it is that they will get on with fixing the big issues and the less they will need to raid my capital for fees. They are not going the same way as those other sites. There's pride at risk from personal failure at this one - which is a good thing.

Has anybody had contact with AC today? I have no Livechat option on the new (Beta) website and see no loans updated today. Tried ringing earlier to say "where's Livechat gone?", got bored waiting for a response. Not a good look for AC in these trying times. You mean apart from the two directors posting on here? Someone seems to have processed a repayment. Yes, I mean real signs the business is running. A couple of forum entries doesn't mean much to me and, as to the repayment (I've had 2 processed), I've never seen a need for any human intervention in that.
I will happily delete this thread once I'm shown some meaningful activity. (Not that the thread could start a rush to the exits, as I suspect many are already trying that).

I sent an email off to enquiries@asetzcapital.co.uk complaining about the verbal 2FA code with immediate disconnect when being sent to a landline.
Why can't we have individual numbers like before, with a repeat for verification?
If you don't quite get it first time....tough!
I haven't even received an automated response.

Just seen an update to loan #1186, so will be deleting this thread shortly
You cant delete the thread AIUI, not the same as FB where deleting first post removes thread, will need everyone to delete posts or mods to remove

Same here, had a question this morning. Got a response from Ben within a fews seconds. Really, if it starts raining this afternoon it isn't the fault of AC. If it does rain, I'll be making a formal complaint as AC didn't mention that in their Ts&Cs
