We write further to our lender vote which closed on 6 April 2020 and are now in a position to advise the outcome of this vote.
There was a majority in favour of option A when those not voting are included as deemed consent.
The resulting preferred option is A.

This is worthy of an old communist dictatorship. Is it really the case then that actually the majority of the money voting went for B?! (I should say I did actually vote A on this occasion)

The same information is posted as an update in most loans. However, all the other loan updates I have seen state "There was a majority in favour of option A from both those choosing to vote and even greater when those not voting are included as deemed consent." This is quite different from what is in #1006. I think its likely a cut and paste error by Assetz and they just missed a bit out.

This is quite different from what is in #1006. I think its likely a cut and paste error by Assetz and they just missed a bit out. I've emailed them (complaints@) to protest. Your explanation seems likely, but given that they preselect A now when voting I'm not completely convinced. And that they don't announce the figures. It seems barmy to me, I think they've lost (ie B won) erm just one vote in all time.

Agreed, this is ridiculous...
Some loans will never be repaid, or action taken to recover the outstanding monies. AC will just consent to what ever the borrowers wants as people couldn't/forgot to vote.
Pretty poor IMHO its just another reason I've lost trust, faith and I'm trying to remove my money from this platform.

In my defence I started at complaints@, was bounced to enquiries@ and neither of them had the gumption to point this out
