I see on the Companies House website that AC have neglected to submit their confirmation statement on time. Hardly very professional. Maybe they could knock it up and pop it in the post.

A month or two back Companies House admitted they were badly behind with updating their site, I'm not too concerned.

Well its 3 weeks overdue and there are plenty of other updates on the Companies House website since that date so it looks more like a non-submission problem than a website updating problem

You only have to check out the reviews on Trustpilot for Companies House. They are incompedent and notoriously not for purpose. I think you are getting Companies House confused with AC there

The same as they did all the other thing that you think they did or didn't do.

I thought companies have been given an extra 3 months to make submissions.
It's the response to social distancing as it requires account staff, auditors, et al to prepare them.
I've have monitors set up for around 80 companies at Company House and I've seen a definate reduction in email traffic.
"Businesses will be given an additional 3 months to file accounts with Companies House to help companies avoid penalties as they deal with the impact of COVID-19." here
