So after waiting for the month end interest to arrive today I transfer my ISA cash balance to my non ISA standard account to make a withdrawal and it vanishes. ot only release the least but their syst I fully understand the current situation, but unlike the other three P2P companies I use AC manages to lose (hopefully temporarily) my cash balance.

I just did the same and it took a good 20 minutes before it showed up in Cash (non-ISA) account for withdrawal.

Just wait a few more minutes and it will appear. Sometimes the transfer is a little slow. Be patient.

Me too. Took just over 30 minutes. Frustrating. The only clue of the pending transfer is hidden behind the little question mark in the Cash Account (Std) box.
This UI puts a lot of weight on those little question marks!

I've noticed this a couple of times - on the old UI this is flagged up as a 'pending transfer' - it seems to go through within about half an hour or so.

After the transfer, go to Cash Account Transactions. You will see your transfer there and when you go back, your money will appear in the account.

I had this problem for a few days, and the cash account showed that the money had gone into a 'holding account'. I rather feared that this would be like Father Ted's case, where the money was 'resting' in his account, But today it is all fixed -flushed through by the interest.
