Looks like at least one of the pipeline loans due "about 20th October" has vanished or is it two with a new one featured?

They've both disappeared so either they are about to go live this afternoon or the rate SS charge their borrowers is too high and they've been undercut. Or SS have HNW lenders prepared to take those smaller loans without the hassle of putting them on the site openly. I've been selling older loans in preparation for those two! Small loans easily sellable. edit: Looks like Southsea and Fareham have gone, then. No expectation of that following last Friday's SS update

Firstly it would unfairly raise expectations leading investors to take exactly the same type of action as yourself (whereas we understand and accept the risk of a loan not progressing under "normal" circumstances). Secondly, and more worryingly it would smack of a change in policy too similar to Assetz Capital for comfort

If they were also to play "silly whatsits" with their beautifully simple system it would be a case of out with the sackcloth and ashes all round I would think..

As investors have noticed, we have cancelled two of the pipeline loans, the borrower was messing us around and trying to get us to lower our interest rate, so we simply withdrew our offer of finance.

We'll keep our eyes open for their attempt(s) to get finance on other platforms. Your post seems to say it was one borrower/two loans.

Seven loans in the pipeline now ranging from £140k to £1.3 million - LTVs 21-70%. Stages 3&4.
No sign of Wednesday's expected 'go-live' for existing loans though, or payout for PBL 01. Hopefully something will materialise soon.
