Thanks aju the work around works albeit slowly. I still get the dashboard page error "Sorry, there is currently a technical problem which may result in some of your products or data not showing correctly." but frankly the dashboard adds zero additional information anyway. Also still getting the 500 error, of course, if I dare to try to look at the LB section but Zopa have told me not to bother trying and just use the cvs files they manually send every evening (working days). Thanks W35 The dashboard is getting slower and slower I realised a while ago that bypassing it is much quicker using those 2 links even before it has loaded as once you get to that screen you are logged in. Anyway glad it helped.

Thanks W35 Well I felt your pain quite a bit late last night as I could not get any statements CSV's at all, I gave up after trying all my work around's and eventually noticed that the holding values were still changing. It seemed to me that the reasons they were not letting me get to the statements may have been due to overload of threads running at the same time. I could not even get to the online statements most of the time! Anyway its back letting me get in to the statements csv's this morning and without any 500 errors. I do think their 500 error message needs to be changed to

I have said to Zopa that talking about the Next Generation solution without giving a firm date is very similar to Cross Rail in London which was due to start Dec 2018 and even before the lockdown has been put back to mid 2021. I Believe it is now 2022 0r 2023. The completion date is always + 18 months away... In the end if Zopa cannot give a firm date on delivery of the new brilliant system it is just an aspirational dream and talking about it just raises expectations unreasonably., Zopa responded on this May 14th as below. ============== For Next Gen, I know that it is intended to be rolled out close to when we are able to launch Zopa Bank. I have not had any further updates on this so I believe this is still the intent. I know it is still a high priority for us and if I do get a concrete date I'll be happy to drop you a line and let you know.

Roughly translated that would mean don't hold your breath - or you are on yer own mate as we are too busy collating 500 errors to have any spare time to fix them even if we understood how to ...
