... which presumably means dennispj has his RYI from Plus? Nope - just logged in. Not received anything. Any idea why this would be? Have they leapfrogged me What is the status of your RYI in the 'Investments waiting to be released' section on your dashboard? Is it still showing as Queueing? I suppose its possible that the other releases mentioned earlier today were in fact loans paying back rather than RYI's, but it seems unlikely given that the amounts released were exactly the same as the amounts requested.

Hi, I was told by ratesetter that there are 3 separate queues within the access, plus and max products, even though they are supposed to be all in 1 market so they could be a bit out of sync. Guess that explains it, then. Didn’t realise that.

That would have to be classed as 'hard to defend', maybe even 'just plain wrong'. As an aside, it does show the value of the list. Edit, Actually this discussion should be on the parallel thread?

well if there are different queues that is very naughty. I would hope it's a glitch and not selective releases. ratesetter don't cheat if that is the case.

Unfortunately RS are selectively processing RYI's... In 5yr, Kobe had his RYI processed last week, Kobe's ref number is over 1,000 later than my 5yr RYI although both of 17 March... I still do not have my RYI paid.
I called RS several times to get an answer, they only info I got was .... 'we haven't forgotten your RYI its in the queue, we're processing 17 March ATM'.
So what I gather is RYI is manual process, and RYI's are manually selected out of the day RS are up to, not by ref number. Certainly in 5yr market. Only RS know what method they use to select one RYI over another, but its not strictly by sequence of ref number.
As a single day of RYI's can take weeks to get through, this is why lenders like me are feeling miffed. cheapaschips has the same issue as me I think with his RYI.

[With apologies to star dust for posting here - please feel to move to the correct thread. Can we maybe edit the title of this thread to say DO NOT POST DISCUSSION HERE, or something? It's hard work to try to shift people over and link up the discussion every time someone posts...] wuzimu - what is your queue number? You don't seem to have posted it. And which market is it for?

Have they leapfrogged me Just a thought dennispj - is your missed RYI for loan(s) at a low rate of interest? In the past if loans were below market rate (GR now I guess) RS have sometimes made up the difference but I can imagine they might not be willing to do so now.

Surely this is better to go on than people's potentially foggy memory of when they made the request? 1) It's an additional datapoint. 2) It gives us an idea of the gradient of the RYI peak allowing us to make better predictions.

Gosh, I'm just not really sure how this helps you. You know how many requests are between them and you - obviously this data itself isn't that helpful because you don't know how big these requests were, but I really don't see how knowing what time of day they made the request brings you any further clarity. I would say the helpfulness of information is as follows: Date of request -> date + time of request -> queue number position -> queue number position + amount of request As I alluded to, you may also find people misremember their time of request, so this information may actually be misleading rather than just not helpful. This happened to me when I had my 5-Year request quite early on. Someone claimed they were sure their request was at a certain time (many hours after mine), but then it processed several days before me, so they were probably wrong (this was before we found out queue number positions). At least you know queue number is definitely correct. But I understand you're probably itching for that money and just want anything to settle that feeling [Edit: still really sorry, star dust , for posting here - but don't really know what to do while people are posting discussion stuff here...]
