Mine at 379986 done on the 17th march has not released yet in the 5 year and i noticed that Kobe 380530 was released today, bit worried now as I was one of the ones that did not show up a being requested and did another release on the 10-4, Ratesetter have assured me twice on the phone that the 17th still stands, but I never get the e-mail they promise to send confirming that.
Does anyone know if these are going in strict order.

Not sure of your situation, I had screenshot's and emails confirming my request but it never showed on my account for more than about an hour, and did not appear in what was subsequently their RYI request tables on screen. However I had three customer service people assure me they could see it still and my turn would come. Once it appeared that it should have been paid I asked to raise it with a manger and sent a screenshot of the forum table

383767...5 year...19 March...£3,000 383768...Max...19 March...£210 gg Are you sure 383768 was from Max? It would be out of line of the queue if so. Could it have been an early repayment, in which case there should be no fee in your transactions? Or maybe just notifying us of the request for repayment?

I'm now next but one on the 5 year, a strange thing happened in my RS account when I checked this evening (I didn't notice it this morning), on the landing page where it says Welcome Back so-and-so, where it says "Amount on Loan" they now added some words underneath the amount "£xxxx pending release". I don't recall seeing that before and now I feel excited that this means something is finally happening.... anyone else ever seen this wording as they get to the front of the line?

2 of mine are in processing so will update,looks like they found some money Is this 373908 & 373963? That's a huge/rapid jump (purely in queue position terms!), if so.

Um... no, that makes no sense. Why would it be ones so far ahead, before the numbers I've mentioned? Anyway, let's just wait for jcb208 to tell us so we don't clog up this thread and make star dust 's job harder Edit: updated by jcb208 in original post now

Hi, just reading this thread and logged in and strangely my plus and max from the 13th 374653 and 374887 show processing. I understood they were still dealing with the 12th and I was told another 3 months wait a few days ago. I don't actually trust this or have they won the Euro lottery.? [Okay I give up trying to shift to the other thread] You're not just seeing the new 'pending release' wording under the amount on loan, right? (Just want to double check!)

No - in the section "Investments waiting to be released" - status is now "processing" and no more "queueing"

I'm just behind you in Access (ref 374968) and I'm still showing as 'queuing' so the front of the queue appears to be somewhere in between us. This is the most exciting development we've seen in weeks!
Possibly a large loan has defaulted and the PF has injected a large chunk of cash into the market today? I can't think what else would be causing the queue to jump forward so quickly?
