These properties are now going to auction late June. Will be an interesting test of the current property market.

They dont mess around like other P2P's you dont refinance or pay back we put in to auction.Im in these but the first tiers so not to concerned. LTV 45%-49%

im in these 2 too. Kufflink does have an excellent record when it comes to auctioning properties. Agreed in it being a test in these trying times.

But interest has been paid monthly on time and availability is still showing on the secondary market ??
End of the loan term was not till June and status is showing as performing.

People have begun offloading their shares in these properties once the auction notice received. The loan term extended from May to June while they work out refinance and the auction sale.

Loans that have issues are usually suspended from the SM. With interest being paid on time I can't seem to grapple with what is going on.

The loans now removed from the SM. Luckily i sold a couple yesterday but still have a fair bit spread across both flats.

Have a look at the Savills catalogue for their auction on 24th June. Not sure if I'm allowed to specify the lot numbers or if that would be identifying assets. Guide prices are around 70% of the 90 day sale valuations in the original valuation reports.
