It seems PBL 001 has repaid very recently (I've been out of it for some time) so these new loans might disappear very rapidly indeed.

nw99, Several 'someone's' I think - they're always popular! I see PBL01 has finally been repaid too, so some investors will have some cash to splash if they want to re-invest. Congrats to savingstream for successfully getting this bridge repaid too!

Mini update just received from SS posting for anyone who hasn't received it.
"We are pleased to announce the full repayment of our first property bridging loan (PBL001). Please find invested funds returned to your account for withdrawal or reinvestment in further loan opportunities. We have also just gone live with two new loans which are filling fast, and have 5 more at least going live tomorrow/next week. A fuller update will be sent tomorrow as per our usual Friday update."

16 and 17 gone. Presumably mainly to existing investors in pb001 since they got an email alert. Ah well maybe better luck with the next 5. It is like the old days in AC where you had to be lightning fast |

It is like the old days in AC where you had to be lightning fast I presumed that the SS "mini update" that I posted was emailed to all their investors, I didn't have any funds in PBL01 myself and I received it. However I didn't get it until sometime after the loans went up on the platform. There was a lot of early selling of older loans, so I don't think it was necessarily all the PBL 01 investors piling in. it seems you have to be fast for most of the smaller loans on the platform; SS mention another loan to go live tomorrow, if it's the remaining stage pipeline it will be for £500k, so a better chance to invest, but then you never know with their pipelines. .
